By using Front Porch Artisans, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Marketplace Services

Front Porch Artisans provides a platform connecting cottage food sellers with local buyers. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to sales between users.

3. Seller Responsibilities

• Comply with all local cottage food laws and regulations
• Provide accurate product descriptions and ingredients
• Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene
• Fulfill orders as promised
• Maintain required permits and licenses

4. Buyer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information
• Pick up or receive orders as arranged
• Understand cottage food products are made in home kitchens
• Report any issues promptly

5. Prohibited Items

The following cannot be sold on our platform:

• Items requiring refrigeration
• Meat, poultry, or seafood products
• Items not allowed under cottage food laws
• Alcoholic beverages
• Cannabis products

6. Fees

Front Porch Artisans charges a 10% platform fee on all transactions. Sellers are responsible for any additional taxes or fees required by law.

7. Liability

Front Porch Artisans is a platform only. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items sold. Users participate at their own risk.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
